Olympia Max Pro Solar Street Light Description

The Olympia Max is a commercial quality all in one solar street lamp, installation is easy, there are 4 Allen screws on the collar to secure the head to a 76mm post, choose the 3M black galvanised pole option (phone for details and pricing, will now be quoted for separately due to change in shipping charges for oversized items) or alternatively you can use a pole of your own finish and height. The recommended mounting height for street lighting in the UK is 3-5m, please bear in mind, you may need to wipe the top of the solar panel from time to time to remove dirt that could affect its charging ability!

The intelligent dimming sequence allows for night long illumination when fully charged :-
First hour - 100% brightness / 2nd hour 80% / 3rd hour 60% / 4th hour 40% / then 5 hours at 20% brightness.

High output LED chips positioned at the top of the head emit 2200lm of brightness in a daylight white colour temperature (6000K). Daylight white (6000K) produces high contrast, making areas such as car parks and pathways appear more spacious. Recommended mounting height for UK solar street lighting is 3-5m.

The two-tone polycarbonate diffuser projects all light downwards around 360 degrees, which prevents glare and provides a soft, but effective beam of light. A lightweight die-cast aluminium shell surrounds the remainder of the fitting. Die-cast aluminium and polycarbonate are strong materials, allowing for installation in a wide range of public spaces.

The Olympia Max reaches a working time of up to 12 hours with as little as 5 hours charge. Attached to the top of the head is a large monocrystalline solar panel and to maintain optimum performance and efficiency, you should check the solar panel to remove any dirt which will affect it's ability to charge fully! A high capacity 3.2v/20000MAH LiFePO4 battery stores energy until it is needed during darkness. Even in the dullest of weather, this solar street light will still illuminate, although it may not last a full night cycle, when we have particularly dull weather, it will still out perform domestic solar lighting.
