BioLite Solar Panel 10+ with In-Built Battery Description

Portable, durable, and very efficient, this clever solar panel from BioLite has a cool fold out design and built-in kickstand allowing it to be placed on any terrain. Also integrated into the solar panel is a sun dial, so you can make sure you're pointing the panel in the correct direction for maximum sunlight.

Most 'portable' solar panels are used to charge your gadgets directly, or you have to plug in a separate power bank to store the energy for later use. This solar panel however has a powerbank battery built-in, but you can use it directly too. One huge benefit to having an integrated battery is that when you are just using a solar panel plugged directly into your phone for example, if there is a gap in power, such as a bit of cloud blowing over, some phones stop charging altogether, but with this, the power isn't interrupted as it will draw from the battery with no breaks, which is something we haven't seen on any other portable panels.

It is very low profile, especially as it integrates a battery, when folded down it is only 25.9cm x 20.8cm x 2.3cm, and weighs just 550g.

The charging time on a sunny day is around 2hours, or it can be charged up via USB in 2.5 hours, and it takes a couple of hours to charge a smart phone up to full.
