Ultimate Kelly Kettle 'Base Camp' Kit Description
Suitable for family camping trips, picnics, fishing, or to use in case of emergency in the event of power cuts or outdoor activities. The original Kelly Kettle 'Ultimate Base Camp Kit' contains the largest 1.6 litre kettle in the range, a fire base, Hobo stove, Cook Pot, Camping cups x 2, folding grate/grill, pan gripper, and fire base/pot support. This entire kit stores inside itself, complete with a carry bag for easy carrying, and includes enough kit to boil water, cook food, and serve up.
No need to carry gas cartridges, or fuel blocks, simply start a quick and powerful fire using just sticks, pellets, driftwood, pine cones, dry grass, or even peat and animal dung! And if you do want to make life extra easy, you can use things like alcohol burners or fuel tablets or gels.
Beware of copies! These are the original Kelly Kettle that was invented in Ireland in 1891, the kits are made with food grade 304 Stainless Steel, and come with a 2 year guarantee, avoid cheap copies often made from aluminium!

Large 1.6 litre 'Base Camp' kettle
Boils 1.6 litres of water within minutes, even in extreme weather, use any fuel, sticks, dry grass, heather, birch, bark, pine cones, even dry animal dung! Includes whistle. 26cm tall x 18.5cm diameter and weighs 1kg
Hobo Stove
Turns the kettle base in to a highly efficient wood fired camp stove in all weather. Feed fuel via the hole in the side of the Hobo and or the air hole in the fire base, then any size pot or pan can be used. Weight 130g
Cook Set
A 29oz / 850ml pot with lid, a folding grill, and clip on handle (can be used to turn the plates into frying pans), perfect for cooking rice, porridge, noodles, baked beans etc. Is also dishwasher safe. Weight 380g
Pot Support
Slot the two flat pack pieces together and drop into the chimney of the kettle, and place the pot on top for cooking 'on' the kettle (so you can cook whilst boiling the kettle) and then packs down flat again for easy storage.
Cup Set
Includes two cups, one 350ml and one 500ml, that stacks inside one another. The folding handles and lip area are silicone coated to protect from the heat. There are also liquid measurements stamped on the inside of the cups so you can measure for making instant noodles etc. Made from tough stainless steel so can be used as cups, bowls, or even cooking pots. Plate / Fry Pan Set
Two 197mm diameter plates that are 3cm deep, can be used as plates or frying pans when used with the clip on handle. Combined weight 250g
