A fusion of North African style, sustainability, and serenity, this Moroccan style solar table top lantern will add a touch of exotic charm to outdoor entertaining spaces. Harnessing the power of the sun with its in-built solar panel during the day, the lantern will automatically switch on at dusk, and has a realistic dancing flame effect that looks truly magical through the intricate cut out detail.
The length of illumination depends on the time of year, in summer when exposed to good strong sunlight, they will light for 5 to 8 hours per night, and in winter and autumn will light between 1 and 5 hours. Unlike most solar lights they will not fade until out, but just stay lit at full brightness for a shorter time.
Made from real metal, the solar light unit can be removed and replaced with a real candle, which can be useful if they haven't received enough charge in prolonged bad weather and you still want to see them flickering away, a lot of similar solar lanterns are made from plastic made to look like metal.
