Durham Solar Post Description
An impressive and stylish contemporary garden post light, the Durham Solar Post is made from stainless steel for a sleek design that looks fantastic high lighting patios, paths and borders. Standing at 80cm tall, this elegant garden post light is solar powered and has a highly sensitive monocrystalline solar panel on the top of its construction to give maximum exposure to sunlight and is designed to light even during the duller winter months. Lit by a super bright white SMD LED, this solar garden post is light sensitive and so will sense darkness to automatically turn on at night for up to ten hours at a time before automatically switching off again at dawn.

Exactly what I wanted - a tall solar light, that didn’t require mains power. It looks lovely and lights up the far corner of the garden well. Of course it doesn’t last all night, but the AA batteries running a single LED lasts at least 3-4 hours and is quite bright enough even in low power mode. I will probably buy a second one before too long.
