I bought a lava lamp for my grandson’s birthday. It arrived very quickly but when he switched it on there appeared to be debris in the bottom of the lamp. I contacted the company and sent a picture over. A new lava lamp was sent out immediately and my grandson is over the moon! I received fantastic customer service from this company. No quibbles or questions asked. I will be ordering from the glow company again. Many thanks again.
