White noise is sound created by combining all the audible frequencies humans can hear, to make a steady noise with no specific pitch, it sounds a little like humming, or a fuzzy static sound, it helps mask out other sounds and noises in the environment that can disrupt sleep. Perfect for shift workers or people sleeping outside the normal circadian rhythm, or for people who struggle with insomnia, anxiety, or tinnitus... or simply 'light sleepers'.
All ages can benefit from white, pink or brown noise for sleep, but it can be helpful for a newborns transitioning from womb to the world. The presence of white noise mimics the way your baby hears noises in the womb and therefore acts as both a soothing noise and sleep cue, in addition to muffling loud, interruptive noises at sleep time.
There is a useful soft light so it can be used as a night light for kids, or for adults who need to sleep with the light on, but it is still soft and relaxing. It can be used plugged in, or completely wireless with up to 48 hours playback time, so great for kids or adults struggling with a new environment when travelling, such as hotel stays or noisy campsites.

A superb product for baby sleep

I love that it plays continuously and doesn’t stop. I started using it for my baby and now I can’t sleep without it. It’s light and portable and has helped my baby sleep so much better!
Great travel addition

This sounds machine worked really well for us. We have just taken it on holiday and the rain sound is gentle and plays all night which is a huge win.
The night light is also great with 3 settings too. It is compact and takes up very little room. I would recommend this for travel.
