Description
Go back to the eighties in these ra ra styled neon tutu's that glow brightly under UV blacklight. The three tiered skirts have a sateen finish waist band and three layers of tutu netting, the longest being approximately fifteen inches long from the waist band. The stretchy waistband will fit up to a thirty to thirty-two inch waist.
