I bought a Twilight umbrella 12 months ago and I have recently noticed that there was a plastic spoke stopper missing so I emailed the Glow Company to ask if they sold these plastic stoppers separately but they don't. I was sent a replacement umbrella and I am so chuffed as I love this umbrella. I bought my niece a small pink Twilight umbrella for Christmas and she loves it to bits, a bit like myself. I would definately recommend the Glow Company to anybody as their Customer Service is brilliant. Thanks Angie Brown. I also bought some of the colour changing candles and my niece loved these on her birthday too! Great ideas.

I took this umbrella to Bestival 2011 and SO many people commented on how awesome it is. It was a great way to chat to random people, as starry eyed festival goers were attracted to it like moths to a flame, and would come over and want to get underneath it. TBH I think I annoyed the people I was with as I was getting all the attention!! I must have told 100 people at least that I got it from 'The Glow Company' - next time I'll charge commission ;o) The batteries tend to have a mind of their own and it sometimes doesn't switch off so bare that in mind but other than that it's great.

Was a bit wary of this light-up brolly when my daughter gave me it at Christmas. But I use it when I take the dogs for a walk at night and not only when its raining coz its better than a torch, less intimidating to the neighbours, the dogs (and my kids) can see me from miles off. Highly recommend it, but could you make it in other colours please, I'd have one of each!

We bought this to take to a festival one year. You know, bright lights, bad weather so functional and fun. The reaction was unprecedented. So many people asking where we got it I almost missed an entire band. It seemed like people ha battled through the crowds like light-hungry zombies to ask about it. I don't want to say exactly what the best feature was but it is great! And it stands up to hefty wind and rain (GLASTO'07 anyone?!) like a trooper. Batteries lasted for 6 festivals in a row one year so you don't need to worry there either. All in all - amazing.
