Light up your wheels with SpokeLit! Just clip SpokeLit bike lights onto the spokes of your bike and give it a squeeze. The bright LED light inside glows or flashes making your bike wheels highly visible.
More than just keeping you visible, SpokeLit bike lights also look stunning when your wheels spin, the flashing mode will trace a dashed arc of light as your wheel spins along whereas the glow mode will keep your wheel illuminated while you ride.
Easy to install, the SpokeLit clips onto your wheels in seconds, just squeeze to cycle through on, flashing and off modes. Of course 2 x CR2016 batteries are included and fitted and will last a long time too, but replacements are easily available.
Naturally, SpokeLit is not a replacement for your proper bike lights and reflectors, but they most certainly will help get you seen in the dark.
Superb illumination and battery life, Spoke Lit will keep you visible in the dark.
The SpokeLit bicycle light comes in a demonstration mode and will switch off automatically after a few seconds to save batteries. To deactivate demonstration mode, simply squeeze and hold the unit until the light goes off.

Not quite as bright as they appear in the photos and you'd have to have several on a wheel to get that 'tracer' effect but a fun way increase your visibility for winter cycling.

Second set for my other bike. Really effective
Nice but hard to fit to modern wheels

This is a nice little light that changes colour quite pleasantly as you watch. It's supposed to fit between three adjoining spokes with a groove to clip over the central one, but it doesn't work with modern Shimano 20- or 24-spoke wheels. It's too short even to span between two adjoining spokes. I was able to fit it in the end with a fair bit of mongering including drilling extra holes and securing it with twist ties. Once fitted it worked flawlessly for 12 hours during the Dunwich Dynamo and that's what I wanted. One thing: you'll be surprised how slowly your wheels rotate, even at speed!

Great light. Fun yet functional, really helps side-on visibility. It has received much praise from friends and strangers.
