This rugged, bouncable, colour morphing light up ball is absolutely brilliant for games and sports.

It's made of thick and hard-wearing rubber material and lights up brightly thanks to it's bright LED illuminating core. The bright lights in this LED ball light up and morph gradually through a whole spectrum of colours.

Thanks to its thick rubber body the meteor ball is robust and ideal for dogs but this product contains batteries and bulbs and so the meteor light is not suitable for dogs who like to chew through rubber balls and whilst robust, this ball is not hardy enough for Staffordshire Bull Terriers and similar breeds.

The power switch has been designed to be deliberately difficult to switch on and off to prevent accidentally switching off during play. You can press it under your foot, two thumbs or by pushing it against the corner of a table etc. then hold it for a second to turn the ball off or on, It's easy to know when you're pressing it hard enough - the ball flashes rapidly to let you know.

  • Disco - Cycles through the colour spectrum
  • RED - Lights up Red
  • BLUE - LIghts up Blue

  • Tennis-ball sized rubber ball (6.5cm - 2.5 inches - in diameter)
  • Great for juggling, catching, rolling and bouncing
  • Weighs 128 grams (4.5 oz) - perfect for throwing.
  • Water resistant and buoyant - it floats! (not waterproof)
  • Tough power switch won't turn off by accident
  • 100% latex free
  • Great for playing fetch too
  • Requires 2 x CR2016 cell batteries (included)
  • A superb ball for all kinds of fun & games especially after dark!

Great glow which stays on

Great glowball which has to be switched off. Good battery life but I found it hard to replace battery. Dog loves it and we get some very strange looks with it changing colour too

Meteor led light ball

Difficult to turn on and off- you definitely need an adult. However the ball is aesthetically pleasing and highly resilient.
It was a hit when brought out on a recent camping trip allowing all kids to enjoy the novelty of playing a variety of catch games well beyond bedtime.... A great hit...and great post dusk fun.

Meteor Glow Ball

Reviewed 18 March 2015 by John Barnard

We've used it for a few months now - once or twice a week when our dog's second walk is late. I replaced the original two thin batteries with a single thicker one, which gives a lesser glow but has been long lasting. A couple of times it stopped working - I think moisture got inside. I disassembled, put the parts on kitchen towels, sprayed with WD-40, and reassembled the following morning when it worked fine.

Had to revisit review following change in batteries

Reviewed 26 February 2015 by Karen Clutton

Just have to say, still very impressed with this ball. Been used every day since purchase a month ago in snow, rain and landing in mud and water. Glow was a little dull so decided to replace batteries to save losing when out. Quite fiddly to do but managed eventually. Now glowing and working like new again. First ever light up ball that hasn't broken following battery change. So pleased we found this website. Thank you.
