Yoga Block Description
Our yoga blocks are super lightweight, yet incredibly strong. Yoga blocks are used as an extension of your arms, improving your reach by shortening the distance between you and the floor. They're also a great support aid, helping support the back, head, and hips whilst easing into a pose. The XL blocks are often used in seated poses, helping with the correct alignment, whilst either size can be placed at low, medium, or height positions depending on how much reach or support you require.
