Give a little extra resistance to your workout with this pair of weights that wrap around your ankles or your wrists. Each weighing just over 500g, there are adjustable straps for secure fastening, making these weights great for wearing when doing your regular workout routine. When worn on the wrists they workout the upper and lower arms, and when on ankles, the upper and lower legs giving a strength dimension to your workout. To attach the weights, simply wrap around your wrist or ankle and fasten the strapping around the hook then secure back on itself.
