Designed to fit over most back packs, this highly visible cover gives extra visibility to cyclists and walkers in low light conditions. Made from water proof, abrasion resistant nylon, this signal coloured back pack cover has 3M Scotchlite reflective piping, and a black reflective strip that runs along the centre of the cover giving visibility over 200m away.
