Great service and communication from Glow

Replacement transformer for my luxa lamp. I was so pleased that Glow have undertaken the supply of spares. The service was excellent and good value. Previously I left it plugged in permanently, only turning it on and off with the in line switch. Probably why it didn't last very long. I shan't make that mistake this time and will unplug it when not in use, hopefully it will last a lot longer.
