Really pleased with this bulb and unbelievably good value for money when I was comparing elsewhere . I think the flame effect is really good - exceeded my expectations. You need to be mindful of the height of the bulb in that it will fit its intended purpose. Prompt delivery and well packaged.

I was very wary this would work in my old fire as I have been trying for a long time to find a lamp that made it look like the fire flickered
But after reading your reviews I decided to try
It a big lamp but just fitted so placed all the coals and switched on and it worked Yeaa we had flicker fire
My only thing I wish is it was smaller as the flame doesn’t quite cover the whole fire but I’m happy

I, too, bought this bulb to replace 2 fire glow and spinner bulbs.
I am pretty pleased with them/it. I would caution buyers to take careful note of the dimensions, 17 cm long. One filled the space in my fire, and required a little modification.

Bought these to use in a stage production set in the 1800s. We needed a gas lamp effect. These really did the job. Looked great on set and attracted a lot off comments. Great service too. Ordered on Sunday, delivered Tuesday morning. Very pleased!
