Eco Cork Yoga Brick Description
This cork yoga brick is super lightweight, but incredibly strong and is used to help reach more difficult poses safely. Often used as a support in yoga and pilates practise, it can be placed underneath the feet, hands or buttocks to aid posture during exercise.
