A company should be measured on how it deals with problems ... and Glow scores highly. My order was delivered quickly but a simple stock pick mistake resulted in a wrong delivery. My email to Glow was responded to quickly, postage paid labels provided for the product return and the correct product dispatched quickly. Great customer service!
