Bramble Heat on the Move Air Activated Body Warmer - 8 to 10 Hours of Heat
Bramble Adhesive Body Warmers give you reliable, targeted heat wherever you are. These ultra thin, air activated patches warm up quickly and stay warm for 8 to 10 hours, reaching an average temperature of 144°F / 62°C. Simply open the packet, shake vigorously for 20 seconds, then stick the patch to clothing for comforting warmth within minutes.
At 10cm x 13cm, each patch is compact enough to keep in a handbag, rucksack, or car glove box so you’re always prepared. I use these on my back as it gets particularly sore in colder weather. Pack states up to 10 hours heat, I found that they were still warm almost 24 hours later. I stick the used ones on to my dashboard to help with condensation.
