If you change your mind
If you change your mind about your purchase you can return the items to us for a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in unused and re-saleable condition. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a return.

The curvaceous swirling design allows the light to be cast softly into your room for gentle ambient lighting that sets a relaxing mood. Hate flatpacks? Save yourself the stress and have it delivered pre-built, it takes a couple of days longer to arrive but may save your sanity.

Please note that the Swirl Lampshade must only be used with an energy saving lightbulb and must in not in any cicumstances be used with a non energy saving bulb.

after being sent a lamp that couldn't b assembled I was not feeling positive about being resent an already assembled glow light! However it looks alright and I do like that it's unusual in design
The Glow Company Says: I'm glad we could sort this out for you. We will soon be adding the option to buy the Swirl pre-assembled as well.
