Description
A pack of five classic Illoom Light Up Balloons in white with a fabulous star cluster motif. The instructions on these do say up to 15 hours but mine were still glowing 3 days later. As the name says they glow rather than light up but the darker the venue the better the effect. You could use a couple of packs to light up a small room for a Halloween party and it would look great. Heed the advice on not blowing them up too much. The less you blow them up the brighter they seem to glow. My son has used one left from the party as a night light in his room for the last couple of days and it is still going.
