Description
A twin set of glow in the dark nail polish and lipstick style applicator make up, these glowing cosmetics are a fantastic finishing touch to costumes and party outfits.
The glow in the dark effect of this make up will show better when applied on top of a white base coat as it promotes the glow and they also look brilliant under UV light.
Note: Contains luminescent pigment. Not recommended for daily use.
