If you change your mind
If you change your mind about your purchase you can return the items to us for a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in unused and re-saleable condition. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a return.

The Digital Video Memo is intended to be as simple as possible and keep straight to the point, so it only saves one message at a time, which means that there’s no messing around trying to select messages. Just click play and it’s there.
So, if you want to tell your family that dinner’s in the oven and you’ll be out till later, or leave a soppy message for a partner or loved one to tell them how much you care, then all that you need to do is look at the camera, press the ‘record’ button, and you’ve got thirty seconds to do it in!
Then, when they see that the new message light is on, all they have to do is click on the ‘play’ button and they’ll see what you’ve left them.
