If you change your mind
If you change your mind about your purchase you can return the items to us for a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in unused and re-saleable condition. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a return.

Description
An eco friendly way to enjoy real flame fires, Bio Ethanol provides fuel without the need for a flue so that all heat produced will go directly into the room. Ethanol is produced by fermenting sugars from certain vegetation types into alcohol. There are no toxins or harmful emmissions released when it burns, simply a small amount of CO2 and water, drawing similarities to human breath and because there's no residue, there's no maintenance.
Please note that Bio Ethanol Fuel is for fixed fires only and should not be ordered for fire bowls or portable versions.
