If you change your mind
If you change your mind about your purchase you can return the items to us for a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in unused and re-saleable condition. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a return.

Description
Flashing white Led balloon collars will attach easily to the neck of the balloon, and will not affect the floating of an 11" latex balloon (may affect foil helium balloons). Sparkle collars will stay lit for up to 4 days, but will become less bright after 18 hours.
